We do not work from scripts.  Instead, we train our techs to use their hard-earned expertise and experience to quickly get to the heart of the matter.  We know that you value talking to a “real” person that can listen and react according to your specific needs.    

We also take great pride in blurring “the line” that virtually all ISP/MSP’s draw where AOR (Area Of Responsibility) is concerned.  Simply stated, our primary goal is to help our clients.  If our client has an issue that is not in our “AOR” and we can provide a quick and inexpensive solution, we will always choose to go the extra mile to help—even when it is “not our problem.”  If your issue is beyond that simple scope, we will continue to be proactive and offer suggestions and point you in the direction to that offers a quick resolution.
